Pensacola Youth Advocacy Project accepts court-appointments as an Attorney ad Litem to represent youth involved in the Dependency system.

PYAP provides holistic and comprehensive legal support to dependent youth who find themselves entangled in the dependency system. In practicing holistic, client-centered counseling, the project goes beyond traditional representation by addressing the unique needs and circumstances of each youth. Representation can extend beyond their dependency case to meet additional legal needs, such as youth who are facing delinquency charges (or dually-involved youth (linked)) or youth who need education(linked) advocacy.) By taking a multifaceted-approach, the project seeks to empower these young individuals, remove all barriers, and ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to navigate the complexities of the legal system and make positive strides towards a brighter future.
