Juvenile Delinquency
Pensacola Youth Advocacy Project offers sliding-scale, flat-rate fees for juvenile delinquency cases.
PYAP provides holistic and comprehensive legal support to youth who find themselves entangled in the juvenile justice system. In practicing holistic, client-centered counseling, the project goes beyond traditional representation by addressing the unique needs and circumstances of each youth. This includes not only legal representation in court but assistance with other non-legal needs through referrals to community partners. By taking a multifaceted-approach, the project seeks to empower these young individuals, remove all barriers, and ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to navigate the complexities of the legal system and make positive strides towards a brighter future.
